As the scheduling manager for the company, Blake is a recognized expert in critical path scheduling. He has prepared hundreds of CPM schedules for contractors on large, complex construction projects, and performed dozens of schedule reviews for owners to verify scope of work, relationships and logic, and work sequencing. Blake skillfully manages both cost and schedule to accurately reflect physical work complete and generate financial value of work complete for monthly schedule of values.
Blake is an experienced claims consultant and has several years of dispute resolution and negotiating experience resolving delay and impact claims, and has testified in arbitrations, mediations and litigations. He has worked for both public agencies and private developers, and has managed many diverse construction projects, bringing them in on time and on budget.
Prior to joining Pinnell Busch, Blake worked in various management support roles for general and mechanical contractors, including positions at Micron Construction, Kiewit Construction, Hoffman Construction, Fullman Company, Harder Mechanical, and Applied Mechanical.
