Project Manager

Greg has great versatility working on construction defects investigations, doing owner’s representation and envelope consulting service work for commercial and residential projects.

For the 10 years prior to joining our team as a project manager in 2013, Greg worked for a well-known local remediation contractor. During that period he worked closely with us overseeing investigation openings, consulting on our repair scopes, estimating, and providing bid documents. When he joined our team, he was a natural fit. He already knew most of our staff, the type of investigations we do, our repair scope documents, and had working relationships with many of our attorney clients and peer experts.

Greg’s thorough understanding of building systems and processes stem from his impressive work history. He has project management experience, including estimating, contracts, reading plans and specifications, progress documentation, subcontractor oversight, customer service, for new and remediation construction of industrial, commercial and residential structures. He also has 14 years of experience in corporate facilities management, and supervision of building maintenance tradespeople and aerospace manufacturing personnel.
