Liz joined Pinnell Busch in 2011, as Projects Coordinator for both construction defect investigations and construction disputes. This includes contract administration, research, and preparation of exhibits for expert testimony in court or before arbitration panels.
Her past experience includes project management and administrative support of numerous building projects, especially interior design and construction. As a Project Manager, Liz worked closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction management teams on new construction and renovation projects, where her strong communication yielded successful results. She wrote fee proposals, developed project schedules, reviewed submittals, and provided on-site work inspections. Liz prepared construction documents, conducted construction reviews, and oversaw project execution. She is experienced in programming and space planning, having managed the construction of many building interiors.
Liz has years of design, construction oversight, and project management experience on a wide variety of projects, including community colleges, office buildings, laboratories, libraries, athletic, and research facilities.
