Pinnell Busch performed an investigation at the Brasada Ranch Resort regarding the stonework issues on the building exteriors. Our investigation included onsite invasive openings, as well as multiple lab testings and evaluations in order to determine the stone adherence failure.

We conducted comprehensive research into the manufacture’s product and installation instructions. Samples were collected throughout the invasive openings process and tested to verify the conditions and assertions of the manufacturer. A detailed report and recommendations were submitted to the building owner/developer as well as the general contractor in order to aid them in their efforts to successfully remediate the project.
