Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced bacon
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

For Dressing-

  • 1/4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3-4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

How to Make the Grilled Chicken Cobb Caesar Salad

Oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper are used to season the chicken.

Grill chicken until golden brown and fully cooked in a nonstick grill pan that has been preheated with a small quantity of olive oil.

The chicken should be taken out, covered, and let rest.

Boil some eggs and fry some bacon while the chicken is cooking.

Garlic, anchovies, oil, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and parmesan are all combined.

Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk one more after everything has been thoroughly blended.

To suit your tastes, taste the food and adjust the salt and pepper. For a thinner consistency, add the water.

Make a salad. Thickly slice the chicken. Slice the eggs and chop the bacon. Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, croutons, parmesan cheese, and croutons in a big bowl.

Add the chicken, bacon, and eggs on top. Pour the dressing over top, add the croutons, blend well, and serve!
