  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small handful of cilantro, fresh
  • 1 bell pepper, red
  • 1 small handful of parsley, fresh

How to make White Bean Salad

Let the water drain after washing the beans.

Cut the onion into tiny pieces.

Bell pepper should be washed and chopped into small bits.

Add cilantro and parsley.

Small strips of dried tomatoes should be cut.

Everything should be thrown into a large bowl together with the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
