Even though this dish contains everything you need for your diet, eating vegan is not always simple.
It has a lot of fiber, which guards against diabetes, heart disease, strokes, and other conditions.
It is loaded with vitamins that are typically found in meat and fish, such as vitamin B6, which promotes the growth of red blood cells and may even be able to prevent cancer. It also contains vitamins A, C, E, and B2.
Additionally, you receive the essential amino acids, which are so-called because our bodies cannot make them.
We have to get them into our system somehow because they are the building blocks of protein.
Red meat is typically an excellent source, but it has some extremely major drawbacks that exceed the benefits.
Need more? What about over 20 grams of protein, magnesium, iron, and calcium? Still insufficient?
Fine. Include folic acid and calcium in your diet. There. I warned you it was healthy for you.
